Nacho Dip

Approved for Buffalo Bills Tailgating!!


1 x 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

1 cup medium salsa (see salsa recipe under sauces and other)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons green onion, chopped


Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in a bowl until a spreadable consistency, add more salsa if required. Spread into a serving dish, top with remaining salsa. shredded cheese and green onion. Serve with nacho chips. (Scoops work best)


Yield: 12 servings
